Maintenance plan FAQ
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There's no contract lock-in — cancel through the customer portal or by calling us, and you won't be billed again.
How do the repair discounts work?
Seasonal Care members get 15% off repairs, Quarterly Priority members get 20% off, applied automatically to your invoice. When it comes time to replace a whole system, your plan gives you a flat credit instead: $250 on Seasonal Care, $500 on Quarterly Priority.
What does the repair warranty cover?
Workmanship on repairs we perform. If the same repair fails again, we make it right at no charge — for 1 year on Seasonal Care and 2 years on Quarterly Priority.
What does priority scheduling mean?
Members are scheduled ahead of new customers, which matters most during the first heat wave when everyone's AC goes down at once.
What does the waived diagnostic fee cover?
The standard trip/diagnostic charge to come out and identify the problem is waived for members on every visit.
How is this different from a one-time tune-up?
A one-time tune-up is a single visit. A plan bundles multiple seasonal visits per year plus ongoing discounts, a repair warranty, priority scheduling, and waived fees.
Can I pay with Zelle instead of a card?
Yes — Zelle is available for the annual plan only, at a discounted rate. Monthly billing runs through the online card portal.
Membership terms
A maintenance plan is a service agreement billed as a recurring subscription. It is not an insurance policy or an equipment warranty. Repair discounts (15% on Seasonal Care, 20% on Quarterly Priority) apply to repairs performed by Abundant Air Conditioning & Heating LLC. Replacement credits ($250 Seasonal, $500 Quarterly) are flat, one-time credits toward a full system replacement performed by Abundant Air. The repair warranty (1 year Seasonal, 2 years Quarterly) covers workmanship on repairs we perform. You can cancel anytime through the customer portal or by calling us.
